I am a strategic and service designer, and a user researcher with more than 5 years of relevant experience in the field. I am passionate about using service design methodologies, design futures, storytelling, and community engagement, to support a transition towards new social and environmental models that are more caring, regenerative and just. I have worked in Barcelona and London in different industries, such as health and care, education, social innovation, and public services design. I have worked across the public and private sectors, as well as with non-for-profit organisations and mission-driven organisations.
